Connect with an ODSP case worker to receive guidance and answers to common ODSP questions and learn more about the supports available to you. Visitors can receive guidance on financial eligibility, disability benefits, shelter allowances, and additional supports, including health benefits (e.g. dental, vision, prescriptions, special diets, medical supplies, assistive devices) and employment supports such as start-up assistance and the monthly Work-Related Benefit.

Main Branch was designed by Teeple Architects and is the Library's largest location. In 2004, the branch won the Ontario Public Library Association Award for Best New Public Library Building. It includes study spaces, bookable meeting rooms, and a variety of accessibility features including a hearing loop and mobility device charging station.
