Appropriate for adults and seniors.
Hosted at Audley Branch.

As life changes, so do our housing needs. This workshop will help participants explore options for staying in their current home, making it more accessible, downsizing, or transitioning to a new living arrangement. Topics will include home modifications, financial and legal considerations, and the emotional side of housing decisions. Attendees will hear from local experts, including a lawyer, mortgage broker, financial planner, aging-in-place specialist, and retirement living representative, and will leave with practical information and resources to help plan their next chapter. This workshop will be valuable for older adults, caregivers, and anyone planning the next stage of their housing journey.
