Learn practical strategies focused on awareness, confidence building, and personal safety that can be applied in everyday situations. The workshop will be led by Master Rob Bartlett, a seventh-degree black belt with over 30 years of teaching experience. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing and running shoes.
