A practical session for seniors on fall prevention and staying safe at home. Topics include kitchen and cooking safety, everyday risks people often don't notice until it's too late, and easy changes that support comfort, ease, and independence. Local support services and resources will also be shared.

It includes study spaces, bookable meeting rooms, and a variety of accessibility features including a hearing loop and mobility device charging station.
