Tai chi walking is a low-impact exercise in mindful movement that helps improve balance and joint stability while strengthening the muscles in the legs, ankles, and hips. With practice, it is ideal for injury prevention and fall reduction in older adults. We’ll go through the basics, which are suitable for all fitness levels!
