Pregnancy and the postpartum period bring emotional, physical, and relational changes. This workshop offers supportive insight into the mental health challenges that can arise during pregnancy and postpartum, including postpartum depression and anxiety, identity shifts, birth trauma, and the invisible load of caregiving.
Participants will learn practical strategies to manage stress, nurture their well-being, and access local and virtual resources. Whether you're expecting, parenting a newborn, or supporting someone in this stage of life, this session will offer validation, education, and tools for care. Presented by Kameela Osman, registered social worker and psychotherapist, in partnership with Women’s Health Physiotherapy Centre.
