This presentation sheds light on what human trafficking is, how it happens, and how we can respond. We’ll dispel common myths, explore stages of exploitation and risk factors, and highlight red flags that may indicate trafficking. Participants will gain practical prevention and intervention tools to help recognize and take action—whether as community members, parents, educators, or service providers. Presented in partnership with Victim Services of Durham Region.
