Buying a vehicle can be a challenging experience with long-term financial implications. A representative from the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC) will provide you with resources and tips for buying new and used cars in Ontario, covering topics including OMVIC’s compensation fund, understanding car dealer advertising, negative equity and long-term loans, agreement and disclosure, avoiding curbsiders and fraud prevention, and more.
